The challenge
As a reference in tax and business law, RFF faced the challenge of maintaining its position in the face of growing demands for efficiency and precision.
With a growing client base and an expanding team, it needed to optimise operations and increase productivity without compromising the quality of service that sets it apart.
Adoption
RFF adopted Legau, which supports the lawyer across the whole document workflow (research, planning, creation and review) within Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Integration with the existing workflow and the document management system delivered efficiency gains without requiring extensive training or complex configuration. During rollout, lawyers quickly adopted the tool, with tailored training and ongoing support from the customer success team.

Results
The rollout resulted in time savings and productivity improvements across the firm. Lawyers reported an average time gain of 19% per person.
66% of lawyers said they save at least 20% of their daily time and 18% reported saving at least 30%. 83% confirmed that Legau was decisive in optimising the research, preparation and review of legal documents.

No client data is used to train the AI assistant.
