Yes, depending the plan you subscribed. Legau integrates directly with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
We also integrate with leading Document Management Systems (DMS), including iManage and NetDocuments, as well as cloud storage platforms such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, and Dropbox.
In certain cases, we can integrate with clients’ proprietary or private cloud DMS environments. These integrations are handled as custom projects and scoped based on the client’s specific requirements.
Documents are created directly within Microsoft Word.
Legau does not generate documents in a separate platform environment, instead, it interacts natively with Word and Outlook, so files remain in your own systems.
Yes. Certain collaborative features are available, such as shared legal libraries and shared email templates across teams.
Yes. Legau can be configured to reflect your firm’s drafting standards, clause libraries, and preferred language.

Yes. Plan changes can be made after the end of your current subscription period.

When your subscription period expires, it renews automatically, and billing is processed accordingly.

No. Prices shown in proposals and on the pricing page exclude applicable taxes.
AI & Data Usage
No. Legau does not use client-submitted content, including templates, pleadings, articles, legal opinions, or other documents to train or improve its AI models, unless explicit client authorization has been provided.
Legau may use limited usage data (such as feature usage frequency), along with feedback or performance suggestions, strictly to improve the service.
We work with selected third-party providers, including Microsoft Azure.

We apply engineering control layers on top of advanced prompting and restrict information sources.
All content generated using Legau belongs to the client.
Legau does not claim ownership over documents, drafts, or outputs created through the platform.
Yes. Client data is isolated and is not accessible to other customers.
One customer’s data is never used to generate outputs for another customer, and there is no cross-customer data exposure within the system.
Security, Privacy & Compliance
Legau is hosted on Microsoft Azure.
If your organization is based in the European Union, your data is hosted within the EU.
If your organization is U.S.-based, your data is hosted in the United States.

Yes. Legau complies with GDPR standards.
Yes. In use cases such as drafting defenses, reviewing contract clauses, preparing legal responses, or generating pleadings, Legau acts as a data processor on behalf of the client (the data controller).

Yes. User accounts and company-related data can be deleted upon request.
Submitted content is also deleted following termination, with the exception of documents uploaded to the Content & Templates Bank, which are deleted upon full account closure.
