Yes. You can add users at any time. Users can be removed at the end of the current billing cycle.

You may also reassign a license to another user at any time, for example, if someone leaves the company and a new team member joins.

Subscriptions (monthly or annual) renew automatically. However, you may cancel at any time up until the end of the current subscription period, including the day before renewal, for example.
The cancellation will only take effect on the renewal date, meaning you will retain access until the end of the paid period.

Yes. Legau integrates directly with Microsoft Word and Outlook.

We also integrate with leading Document Management Systems (DMS), including iManage and NetDocuments, as well as cloud storage platforms such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, and Dropbox.

In certain cases, we can integrate with clients’ proprietary or private cloud DMS environments. These integrations are handled as custom projects and scoped based on the client’s specific requirements.

Legau is hosted on Microsoft Azure.

European client data is hosted within Europe, while U.S. client data is hosted in the United States, in accordance with regional data residency requirements.

No. Legau does not use client-submitted content, such as templates, pleadings, articles, legal opinions, or other documents, to train or improve its AI models, unless the client has provided explicit authorization.

Legau may use limited usage data (e.g., how often a specific use case is used), as well as feedback, comments, or performance suggestions, strictly for service improvement purposes.

The aggregated or anonymized data referenced relates only to usage data, such as:

  • Time spent using Legau

  • Most frequently used features

  • Number of interactions

  • Types of clauses most commonly generated or used

Legau does not use or process the substantive content submitted by clients, including contracts, court decisions, filings, or other client-related documents, for aggregation, anonymization, or any secondary purposes.

Yes. In scenarios such as drafting defenses, reviewing contract clauses, preparing legal responses, or generating pleadings, Legau acts as a data processor on behalf of the client (controller).
